The Pinte à Jean-Mi is a collaboration between Borinage and the chef Jean-Philippe Watteyne. We brewed a low fermentation with a big dry-hopping of Mosaïc, his favorite hop. That hop gives notes of litchi and mango. The taste is bitter and fruity, the rye bring a spicy aftertaste.
